The melody from the very beginning is very very catchy. What changes would I make to this?
I would make the beginning slowler. I think that if you put down the bpm from 00:00 to 0:26 (only a little bit) the result would be an impressing beginning of the song. Then you could use a powerfull gunmashine effect and keep the same melody, with more speed and a new bass.
That's another thing very important. The bass of the track. The bass of a track gives an overall impression of the song because it almost shows what style of music are you hearing. I think that the bass that you used here is very impersonal. If you change it and use another bass with a trance touch, or a house or electro touch, the song would gain much.
And there's no much to say. Only some changes in the EQ, a break in the middle of the song using only the piano melody very slow, and nothing more.

A good start for a WIP
I like what I hear.
I can notice that you are bringing your own sound style to all your new tracks. The main sound of this track has notorious similarities to some of your latest works, like still alive; urban train; or even Hedwig's theme (exceptuating the bass of that song :) And I like that a lot.
It gives something different to your tracks. People can like o deslike them, (I like them) but they are original and different from other trance songs that can be found in NG. That's something pretty valuable in this days.
I'm waiting to hear the vocal mix of ''another way''!!!

Wow!!! The first mix of a song from Tiesto that I hear in NG. You gave your personal touch to it, and that is appreciated because is a risk to do that, but the ressults are good. This is a great track, and even more if you only used FL8 core sounds.
The only thing I missed here is the main melody of the original Urban Train. I only give you a 9 because of that. The original has a break like your mix, but just after the break there's like a 'melody explosion', and the full melody comes out. In your mix, you did also a break (at 1:23 aprox.) but after that, you put again the same beggining melody, and not the full melody. I don't know why. I suppose that is very difficult to create the full melody, right?
Good job, though. An almost perfect mix!

Yeah, alot of synths will be changed, and its poorly EQ'd atm. This must be the project with most samples and VSTi's I've ever made xD takes ages to open it now :P
